Mr. Riley is a Drafting/CAD Technician for Phillips Engineering, Inc. His responsibilities include Design/CAD services for electrical, civil and mechanical layouts using AutoCAD, Revit and Civil 3D software.

Mr. Riley is currently involved in the electrical design of various lighting and power layouts for all types of commercial, industrial and municipal facilities.
