The firm was organized in 1988 by James Dwight Phillips and began providing professional electrical engineering services. Phillips Engineering, Inc. has years of vast experience in electrical projects and systems planning, cost estimating, budgets, contract documents, project management, design, specifications, scheduling and construction administration. The goal of our firm is to be responsive to our client’s needs, incorporating sound engineering principals, safety, along with adherence to all applicable codes, to ensure the health, safety and welfare of the public. We do this by offering sound planning and engineering, with vast technical training and years of experience.
