Mr. Phillips is a Project Electrical Engineer for Phillips Engineering, Inc.  His responsibilities include cost estimating, design, project management and scheduling on all types of commercial, industrial, municipal water and wastewater treatment projects.

Mr. Phillips is responsible for the complete electrical design and layout of industrial manufacturing facilities, water and wastewater treatment plants and pump stations, city municipal buildings,  municipal fire and emergency facilities, warehouses and emergency power systems.

All electrical designs are performed with strict adherence to the National Electrical code, Life Safety code, International Building code, International Energy Conservation code (IECC) and all applicable State and Local codes. All designs include energy conservation analysis, seismic design, load analysis and calculations, voltage drop calculations, lighting calculations and short circuit studies.
